  • Applications for private institutions or FET Colleges are not accepted.
  • In view of large numbers of applications, only successful candidates will be notified.
  • This will be done by the end of February.

Important note for learners in Grade 12

You should apply to the University or University of Technology of your choice as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

You should ensure that all examination results from Grade 11 until June/September of Grade 12 are submitted.

Late applications cost more and often lead to frustration when you find your chosen course of study is full.

Candidate Requirements:

Only South African citizens who are resident in the Western Cape are eligible.
Students who are in Grade 12 and intend studying for a first degree, diploma or higher certificate are eligible.
You must meet the entry requirements for your chosen field of study.
