Job Summary:
Key Performance Areas:
• Understanding of customer & sales requirements
• Budgets & forecasting
• Compilation and analysis of reports necessary for Executive outputs
• Leadership of sales team in a fast paced environment
• Building strong relationships with affiliate partners
• Coordinate the processes that could involve multi departmental implementations.
• Develop & implement strategic plans to maximise returns
Requirements:
Position Requirements:
• Previous experience in call centre environment essential (preference will be given to a sales/reservations type environment)
• Experience with online travel channels and tour operators
• Sound understanding of budgeting principles
• Implementation of sound processes and systems to ensure business flow
• Exposure to the time share and leisure industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop revenue return & business growth
• Negotiation of agreements
• Excellent administrative skills
• Computer literate
