Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to provide a project management role in the implementation, execution and costing of Creative Solutions campaigns.
Project management of the campaigns will include:
•Instructing the booking
•Ensuring the booking has been done correctly
•Briefing of the campaign into programming, production and digital
•Chasing of material, and all necessary documentation for processes
•Liaising with clients and agencies during the campaign
•Ensuring winners are contacted timeously and prize money has been paid
•Submitted prize money recons and winner’s documentation to accounts for payments
•Creating the post campaign analysis with insights and information which is vital to the campaign
Key Performance Indicators:
1.Campaigns effectively implemented on-air
2.Briefings with presenters done timeously
3.Seamless prize money allocation and submitting to accounts for payment to winners
Requirements:
Education: Marketing / Advertising Tertiary Education. Project Management
Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience radio experience
Language: Business English
