Stefanutti Stocks Coastal (Civils Discipline) requires a Site Agent to effectively plan, manage and co-ordinate the site team to ensure programme milestones are met and to achieve financial targets.

Job Summary:
Ability to manage construction contracts effectively and efficiently.
Understanding of Labour and the effective management of people in a construction environment.
Achieve or exceed site financial targets
Ensure adherence and implementation of policies, procedures, statutory laws, and regulations.
Set a high standard on the site to meet and exceed client satisfaction
Continuously monitor, analyses and evaluate operational performance, processes, and resources to enhance production efficiencies
Ensure accurate site reports (Financials / Project tender / Production Analysis)
Requirements:
BSc Degree or relevant Qualification in Civil Engineering
Registration with ECSA or SACPCMP
Minimum 5 – 10 years working experience in a similar role
Excellent negotiating, problem solving and decision-making skills
Demonstrate detailed knowledge and expertise in relation to job.
