My client in the telecommunication sector is looking to fill in a role of a Project/Portfolio Administrator

Job Title: Project/Portfolio Administrator
Location: Gauteng
contract: 12 month

Job Summary:
General Administration and Support

Calendar Management: Managing and tight control of ME/EHOD calendar.

Capture and maintain divisional process documentation.

Minute and action taking at meetings. Tracking of actions.

Facilities Management

Management of Divisional staff and distribution lists.

Boardroom Bookings & Co-Ordination

Stationery Ordering & Co-Ordination

Manage Staff Database and Organizational Charts

IRS & Workflow loading and access requests

Event Co-ordination and facilitation

Divisional Asset Management

Manage Divisional Leave and Team Capacity Planning

Tool Support and Training: Jira, Confluence, MS Teams

Support internal and external audit activities

Manage Divisional Document Templates

Business and IT Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Support the recruitment process
