Our client based in Mozambique is urgently recruiting for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for creating, maintaining and optimizing mutually beneficial relationships with corporate clients in the medium and large companies segment. It also presupposes the design and development of marketing actions as well as the increase in the business pipeline of the main brands. The target segment will be medium and large companies.

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Education and Minimum Requirements
Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent
Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
2 – 5 years in the Marketing and/or Sales area
2 years in the Management field
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or experience in the area
Comprehensive understanding of pricing and proposal templates
Must have at least two sales qualifications with major suppliers

Responsibilities:
Create, manage and develop a database of corporate customers in the segment of medium and large companies
Oversee the sales process at each stage, from quotation to purchase, realization and subsequent follow-up to the client
Successive visits and follow-up of medium and large customers existing portfolio companies
Prospect/penetrate new customers in the Telecommunications, Financial Services and Insurance, Mining, Oil & Gas, Transport and Logistics, Industry, Hospitality, Construction, NGOs and diplomatic corps
Explore/optimize new business opportunities in the target segment
Force and coordinate the demonstrations (PoC – Proof Of Concepts) of the different solutions in the new and existing customers in the target segment
Be proactive in the relationship with the customer, ensuring that the customer is always aware of their ordering processes or requested quotes
Track leads generated through surveys, promotional actions and events, in order to to convert leads into opportunities, quotes and sales
Periodically analyze the sales trends in the sector, the opportunities offered by the market and exchange ideas with the Commercial Director in order to increase business volume
Periodically report monthly sales forecasts
Assist the marketing department in the development and execution of marketing initiatives corporate sales
Assist in coordinating marketing events
Assist in the design of promotional campaigns and flyers for stock clearance existing
Interact with suppliers/brands providing periodic reports on the business pipeline in order to obtain advantages such as additional discounts and price protection in deals
Participate in trade fairs, conferences and other industry events to promote and publicize company corporate program
Provide mandatory training and examinations of brands whenever applicable, in order to ensure the levels of partnership between the brands and the company
Investigate and resolve customer concerns in the target segment
Perform other tasks as needed
