Job Title: Q & O assistant

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
· Plan, Monitor the implementation of ISO 22301 and 27001 systems and required controls
· Audit departments in terms of ISO 22301 and ISO 27001
· Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on system performance
· Provide training to internal staff on Business Continuity and Information Security requirements
· Communicate relevant material on Business Continuity and Information Security to staff members
· Attend meetings as instructed and take minutes
· Maintain records of minutes as instructed
· Maintain a document management system for all portfolios (i.e. Business Continuity, Information Security, NIPP, Covid-19 Management)
· Provide recommendations regarding corrective actions on Business Continuity and Information Security issues identified during the audits
· Assist in setting ISO 22301, and ISO 27001 objectives
· Keep up to date with all relevant statutory & regulatory requirements and any changes, and then communicate these to responsible persons. Assist in identifying what is needed to comply
· Assist in revising procedures were required to improve ISO systems performance
· Participate in an internal review, management review, and external certification and improvement
· Manage invoices and payments to suppliers
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Qualifications:
· Diploma or above
· ISO Internal auditing / ISO 22301 / ISO 27001 / ISO 9001
· Business Impact Analysis / Risk Assessment / Risk Treatment Plans
· Business Continuity Plans / Disaster Recovery Plans
· Incident investigation
· Microsoft Excel Advanced
· Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
· Basic Accounting and financial literacy
· Telecommunications, ICT, or IT industry experience
· Project Management
· ERP systems
