Job Summary:
HC Governance:
Define and implement a strategic approach and framework to governance, ensuring the provision of strategic HC management information and performance data.
Provide support to the Leadership team to ensure the Group meets its statutory and regulatory obligations and delivering its objective of being a well governed organisation.
Ensure operational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across the landscape of core HC Operations, and partner with HC Operations and Group Risk to conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of core HC services to the organization.
Supports the development and execution of “best-practice” governance policies and procedures.
Design manuals and document data processing procedures
Establish a comprehensive multi-year calendar and timelines for all aspects of governance, reporting and HC activities.
Develop and implement HC Governance policies and procedures.
Maintains awareness of current trends in HC governance with a focus on service delivery and support.
Recommendations:
Recommend changes to policies, processes, standards and practices that would improve operational support.
Solutions Analysis:
Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions. Solutions could be technical or professional in nature.
Policy Development & Implementation:
Help develop procedures for an area of the organization, and monitor their implementation.

EXPERIENCE:
General Experience:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar role or HC Generalist with focus on HC Governance
Experience in managing governance in Human Capital
Experience in working on HC systems and data
Knowledge of the HC functional areas
Managerial Experience:
Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives
