Good day. Your NSFAS application site for UCT is not working. When students attempt to register, when they click the “Done” button, they get the following error message – “Oh no. Something went wrong. Please try again”. This has been going on since Tuesday. Calls to your call centre is being cut off at the 6-minute mark. If these students are not able to register, they will not receive their funding tomorrow. This needs to be dealt with urgently.
