Must have a minimum of Matric
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science and/or Management
Must be Proficient in PRINCE II / PM certification (ESSENTIAL)
Must have a minimum of 5+ Years’ experience in a software development project management role
Must have working experience in delivering projects to scope, on time and in budget
Must have working experience in people management, change management and risk management
Must have working experienced in dealing with multiple projects concurrently in a very fast-paced environment
Must be proficient in project management software
Must have business analysis experience (Advantageous)
Must have software development experience (Advantageous)
Must have a valid driver’s licence (no endorsements)
Must have own reliable vehicle to meet with clients
Must have a clear criminal history

Main duties & Job Function:
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget and to scope.
The Project Manager requires a background in business skills, management, analysis, and budgeting.
The Project Manager will lead a team of 12 resources ranging from a Business Analyst, Junior to Senior Developers, a Mobile developer, and 2 consultants
The Project Manager will form part of the management team
Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities: –
Provide leadership and direction to the team of software developers, quality assurance and support staff
Lead, manage and control the execution of multiple concurrent projects
Facilitate daily scrum with the various development teams
Create, manage, and maintain project schedules
Organise team and plan resourcing
Manage and control project budgets and costs
Control project scope and manage change requests
Identify, analyse, and mitigate risk throughout the project
Track and communicate project progress to key stakeholders
Develop and evolve project management processes and best practices
Work closely with the customer and internal management from pre-sales through final implementation.
