We are looking for a strong National Sales Facilitator within the commercial trading division situated in Cape Town. This individual will be required to provide support in a variety of activities between operations and sales to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this position will be to provide sales administration support, provide customer service, provide logistics administration (and responsible for journal and stock list management and accuracy) by living the Etlin values and investing in personal development.

Requirements:
Minimum education (essential): Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum education (desirable): Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or Administration

Minimum applicable experience: 0-6 Months of experience
Preferred nature of experience: 1-2 years general administration and client liaison experience

Essential Knowledge:
Knowledge of stock lists
Knowledge of the commodity trading function
Knowledge of logistics
Knowledge of Mozaic (Related stock and logistic programs)
Understanding of FMCG/Retail/Wholesale sales processes
Knowledge of Imports

MS Office Basic

Computer literate
Basic understanding of accounts

Legal- and working requirements:
Valid Code B driver’s license and own transport.
Clear Criminal Record
Might be required to work outside office working hours.

Adapting to unexpected circumstances on a regular basis
