Job Summary:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide coaching and mentoring to SMMEs
•Encourage SMMEs to incorporate innovative methods to their enterprises
•Collect data and audit business key performance areas and key performance indicators
•Work with SMMEs to identify and evaluate the new market, new target clients
•Facilitate training and capacity development
•Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
•Compile reports
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
•Diploma/Degree in a Business related field
•3 years’ experience in coaching
•Competent in MS Office
•Knowledge of the TVET Sector and relevant legislation
•Must have drivers license
•In depth knowledge and understanding of SMME and incubation industry
