Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance in the HVAC subsystems and/or equipment Perform tasks independently in accordance with set standards and procedures. Basic Problem-solving skills Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its Regulations, knowledge of risk management related to occupational health and safety. Apply statutory principles in order to comply with safety, health, and environmental requirements. Working at heights certificate (essential) Good communication skills (verbal and written). Being conversant in Samsung, Daikin, LG, Defy [Any major brand] units/systems.
