Our company is involved in the reconditioning of engines, gearboxes and differentials, rebuilding of vehicles and in the trading of new, used and reconditioned automotive parts. The candidate must have a go-getter attitude, energy and drive. Minimum requirements: - Min Grade 12. - Qualifications: Petrol/Diesel Mechanic, Mechanical Engineer and/or vehicle technician. - Exceptional computer skills. - At least 5 years’ experience in a technical managerial position. - Strong administrative and multi-tasking skills. - Assertiveness and Supervisory skills required. - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). - Must be able to perform under pressure. Duties and Responsibilities: - Management of workshop employees, safety, overall workshop and reporting. - Take responsibilities for the technical and operational requirements within the workshop. - Effective planning and control of projects within specifications and budgets. - Maintain and improve customer service levels. - Provide internal & external technical support. - Manage and improve internal and external communication processes. - Implement strategic work plans in order to ensure productivity.
