Description: NMS Africa (Pty) Ltd has a vacancy for a Financial Administrator to fulfill various financial and administrative roles. The Incumbent will report to the General Manager. Requirements: Min 2 years relevant Tertiary qualification (Financial Consultant, Financial Analyst, Financial Planner and/or Similar Courses) At least 5 years previous experience within an Accounting Environment Must be able to work under pressure Must have analytical and pay attention to detail whilst been accurate and reliable Must possess good communication skills and be able to work in a team Knowledge/familiarity with accounting software will be an added advantage MS Office Duties: Responsible for General Ledger (GL) Accounting (general ledger entries and other manual entries,etc.) Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices into sage software and storage of accounting documents Review monthly accounts reconciliation, and make sure accounts / ledgers / reports are balanced and accurate Responsible for taxes declaration (VAT, Payroll and Provisional Taxes including & Income Taxes) Responsible for Sales, Purchase and Orders follow-up (daily sales&purchase, stocktaking, monthly closing balances, etc.) Responsible for Fixed asset manangment (Accouting, Stocktaking) Responsible for cash flow sheet, budget form combination and tax forms Prepare financial statement (e.g. P&L, BS and statement of Cash flow) Keep good relationship with Bank, Tax office and other government departments Support internal and external audits and tax compliances Responsible the cargo Customs clearance and land logistics; Warehouse and office management Other agreed-upon tasks as may be assigned by Manager Interested candidates can send their CV’s to: Email : michael.petja@nmsindustries.com Closing Date : 15th September 2020 If you have not been contacted by the 22nd September 2020, please consider your Application unsuccessful
