Based in Olifantsfontein, the role will report into the IT Executive. The incumbent will be required to summarize the progress and status of the projects both for overall project management and risk management purposes, as well as for input into the portfolio management process. They will be responsible for initial project planning, estimating, and scheduling as well as management of the delivery of project results.

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Determine operational objectives through coordinating project start-up and tracking of meetings
Produce weekly projects tracking reports
Produce and manage project schedules
Produce and manage project issues and risks logs
Responsible for financial management within the project
Research, including options and recommendation for future customer and industry demands/trends
Ensure the delivery of project as per deadline, as well as oversee the implementation of new technology or systems
Manage ICT infrastructure system implementations
Train new and existing users effectively and sufficiently on the use of the new system
Promote teamwork in the department and with the company;

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Relevant tertiary degree
Project Management certification in Prince2, PMBOK or Agile
Previous proven experience as a Project Manager
Dynamics ERP module certification
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft F&O
