Specialist competencies:
Comprehensive knowledge in all beverages & spirits (whiskeys, brandy’, gins), beers and wine
Cocktail making knowledge and skill
Advanced Barista skills
Experience in similar upmarket establishment necessary
Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Understanding of POS and speed point machine operations
Excellent attendance, performance track record and references
Must be passionate about hospitality
Well-presented and well spoken
Shows initiative as well as innovation
Prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional guest experience
Daily stock taking skills and knowledge of open
stock
