Our client in Pretoria Rosslyn is looking for a on site supervisor in the tyre industry
Core Purpose:-
To maximize the Branch’s profitability by leading the team to attain their full potential and thereby achieve the set business objectives.
Key Performance Areas:-
- Responsible for the supervision of the sales and financial performance of the on-site/branch and the performance against the annual budgets and targets.
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and extending the company’s market share.
- Responsible for supervising the activities of the associates to ensure that H&S, financial and administrative standards and procedures are met.
- Responsible for the supervision and development of all associates and maintaining constructive working relationships with all associates and the customer at the on-site/branch.
Skills and experience required:-
- Strong compliance, integrity and ethical behavior at all times.
- Relevant supervisory experience and sound understanding of leadership principles.
- A minimum of 5 years in the tyre industry, specifically in Commercial tyres.
- Sound working knowledge of all Admin systems, particularly the OMNIX system.
Qualification required:-
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid drivers licence.
- IMM Diploma would be an advantage.
- Preference will be given to previously disadvantages persons.
