Job Title: ADMINISTRATOR CONTRACT, C-UPPER: SERITI POWER, MELROSE ARCH – INTERNAL / EXTERNAL
Location: Melrose, Gauteng, South Africa

Job Summary:
To be responsible for all logistics office administration and document management

The duties will include but are not limited to:
•Manages invoicing with vendors and escalates deviations to marketing and supply chain managers
•Ensure proper record keeping and tracking of key transaction documents
•Maintains a database of all key commercial transactions and contracts
•Manages day to day train receipts at ports in liaison with rail and port planners
•Manages SAP material movement [including monthly nominations, train tickets, stock movement into intercompany batch vessel ticketing] and correct closing stocks
•Assists with mapping of processes and documentation of contracts
•Accountable to ensure all purchase requisitions and unused purchase orders are closed
•Manages supply chain management team rhythms and routines
•Accountable to collate and ensure the DME report is submitted within the agreed timelines
•Coordinates month end train reconciliation to ensure all train receipts at port are accounted for the month end communication to operations

Requirements:
You will need:
•National Advance Certificate / Diploma in Administration / Office Technology / Supply Chain Management / Logistics
•A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Supply Chain or Shared Services environment
•Exposure in Planning and Supply Chain Management
•Working knowledge in invoice processing, service entry sheets, service requests and other related services
•Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
