Earthworks Inland is currently seeking a Executive Secretary to provide secretarial support to the Managing Director and the Divisional executive team by efficiently and expeditiously performing a wide range of administrative and co-ordination tasks.

Job Summary:
Efficiently and confidentially support and assist the MD and executive team with various activities and functions.
Maintain an effective document control system
Effectively manage the divisional meeting calendar, scheduling and securing of individual appointments, meetings and sessions
Drafting correspondence and filing for and on behalf of Managing Director.
Coordinating travel and reconciling invoices to bookings.
Planning and co-ordinating special events.
Assist with promoting the corporate image of the division.
Perform ad-hoc investigations and prepare ad-hoc reports on request.
Foster an environment of trust with the individuals of the executive team.
Requirements
Microsoft Office suite
Secretarial diploma or equivalent
10 Years’ experience in a senior secretarial position
Strong organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks
