Job Summary:
Responsible to drive and influence achievement of targets through effective leadership and support

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Management:
Develop and train team members to ensure understanding of company policies, standards of conduct, customer service, and sales techniques
Develop an in-depth knowledge of core products and utilize this knowledge to successfully lead sales team.
Responsible for developing and administering training plans to support
Activation Plans needs based on reporting metrics and relative special projects
Setting and monitoring of sales targets.
Drive sales targets through support and coaching of team
Responsible for the execution and adherence of operational processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations
Identify opportunities and weaknesses within territories
Build capability through development of an operations team.
Establish and manage work schedules
Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
Encourage a company culture that drives top performance and high morale.
Collaborate with management to drive objectives
Ensure Sales Supervisors are educated regarding the T3 product services and features
Ensure Sales Supervisors are efficient, and they are following processes that have being implemented.
Train and motivate existing team to drive revenue growth.
Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales.
Develop and manage activation plans.
Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.
Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to operational heads.
Maintain and increase sales of T3 Telecoms products
Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
Communicating with the various networks and collaborating with them on various joint promotions.
Setting and monitoring of sales targets.
Recruiting and ensuring staff are trained in the field and by the trade Marketer if necessary

Team Management:
Through effective inspirational leadership, facilitate the creation of accountable, full service teams who understand and strive to meet the needs of all stakeholders
Role model behavior and motivate team members in line with the core values
Take full responsibility for performance of all direct reports, motivating and managing them in relation to quality standards and agreed benchmarks and objectives, focusing on all aspects of sound people management:
Provide support and guidance on career path planning, on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring to direct reports
Develop, promote and direct the implementation of equal opportunities policies in all aspects of the company’s work.
Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities

Self-Management:
Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures
Plan and prioritise, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands
Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change
Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs

EDUCATION:
Minimum Matric
Marketing Management qualification advantageous

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 years sales experience as a Sales Supervisor
Experience in regional engagements
Key Account Manager Experience
Project Management Experience
