Our client based in Brackenfell requires a computer literate administrator to work with online orders and arrange courier deliveries in their busy organisation. At times assistance will be needed to pack orders. We require an energetic, friendly and well-presented and experienced retail associate. Monday to Friday 08h30 to 17h30 and every second Saturday 08h30 to 13h30.

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12

Proficient in English and Afrikaans

Previous retail sales experience advantageous

Team Player

Good customer service

Good computer and administrative skills

Able to assist when boxes need to be lifted and move

Driver License advantageous

 

 

DUTIES:

Dealing with clients telephonically on in person when necessary

Professional Customer service

Data Capturing

Managing online orders

Printing of orders

Printing of labels for packaging

Responding to emails

Answering telephone enquiries

Working diligently in a busy team environment

Moving of boxes when stock needs to be managed
