University of South Africa Application Form 2024/2025

The University of South Africa Application Form 2024/2025 is now available. If you want to obtain the UNISA Application form, you must first learn about the entrance requirements for the academic year 2024/2025.

The University of South Africa (UNISA) Application for admission to undergraduate study programmes for both South African and international citizens close on specific dates in the year preceding the year of study. The closing date for UNISA Applications for 2024/2025 all selection programmes is towards the end of October. Please refer to the admission requirements before beginning the online application.

The General Requirements for University of South Africa Applications is that a Candidate must meet a higher certificate requires a minimum APS of 15, a diploma a minimum APS of 18 and a bachelor degree a minimum APS of 21 or more (some exceptions apply).

The University of South Africa (also known as UNISA) comes with different categories of Applications for prospective students.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

Things to note before applying online to University of South Africa:

1. You’ll need an email address to complete the application.
2. South African applicants will need an ID number.  Foreign applicants will need their passport number.
3. There are different online application portals for undergraduate and postgraduate applicants.
4. First, you will need to register as a user before you can apply online.

HOW TO APPLY

Applications for 2024 registrations of UNISA’s Short Learning Programmes (SLPs) are open  until 13th October 2023. The SLPs focus on “just in time” and “just enough” learning to meet a specific learning needs identified by individuals or organisations. SLPs are offered by UNISA’s Centre for Lifelong Learning (UCL). Programme content and contact details are contained in each programme. All enquiries should be directed to ucl@unisa.ac.za.

You must note that If You are to submit any application to the University of South Africa , You must do so before the closing date as stipulated by the Administrative body.

Monitoring your application

When we update your application, you will receive an email communication. Please monitor your email account closely for updates. You can also check your status online with the log-in credentials that we will send you after you apply. We are not permitted to disclose your application status telephonically.
